2002 TJ Ignition switch problem.

2002 TJ Sport, auto, with no crank, no start. Troubleshot down to ignition switch actuator or lock cylinder. With the switch and actuator dismounted and the lock cylinder held in place and turned with the key the engine starts and runs but with everything installed properly, the ignition switch will not make contact when the key is turned all the way. The accessory and run positions work properly. Am I right in assuming that the lock cylinder is worn and not turning far enough?

More than likely needs replacing qudratech sells a lot of TJ stuff . If I remember they sell matching door cylinders as well.
