I bought them off a bloke that imported them and then didn't want them anymore.

The height difference is irrelevant for clearance with flat fenders and 37s. Correct bump stops are what will stop your tires from rubbing and if correct, won't limit your travel anymore than what's necessary. Get the lift height you want knowing that lower heights provide more stability.
