3rd Brake light camera mount

Good morning all, I looking for a slick 3rd brake light camera mount for my tire carrier.

I have Fuel Vector wheels so I can't run the camera between the spokes so it needs to come through the center hole of the wheel...


I have seen some ones that are incorporated in the post thing? Is that a factory piece?
Anyway any help would be great...
