6 speed reverse issue

Here lately I've had some issues getting my 09 rubicon 6spd to smoothly go into reverse. It will seem fully seated in reverse then I slowly let out the clutch and next thing loud grinding. Sometimes I'll go just fine. Anyone else with this problem?

Sounds like you synchronizing ring my be going or your clutch might need to be replaced. Try double clutching this will help get your synchronizing rings to align.
