Mine is about 3.25-3.5 and I run speedbumps and I feel it's nice.

are you measuring metal to metal (speed bump fully compressed)?

I wasn't talking about speedbump height. I was talking about with my setup I'm sitting at 3.25-3.5 of lift of coils
