And dumb question (had the jeep for only a week) would the 35's fit on a rubicon unlimited with no other mods?

Yes it will, but you won't want to wheel this way. While it is fine for everyday driving, I rub on the fender at any articulation.

This is my JKU with 315/75r16s (closest to 35s you can get for a 16)

No I believe you would have to trim your pinch seams on the rear and cut your rock rails an inch or so and wheel spacers if your running stock wheels

And as napalm said you will rub your fenders off road so I would cut your fenders or stay on pavement

I going to get one but not sure on which one. There seems to be so many venders doing the same thing. All look very similar and cost varies.
