Honestly, the factory trailer hitch receiver which is bolted right onto the factory cross member is going to be your best bet. Nothing will be more solid and secure and there are a few bumpers out there that will allow you to use this receiver including the factory bumper. Otherwise, I would stick with a bumper that ties into the cross member. Something like LoD or Hanson come to mind.

Eddie is right - make sure you can still tow when you upgrade your bumper. Some import bumpers have a receiver, but will tell you if you ask that it's not factory tow rated. :doh:
