x2. Flat fenders on a 4" lift will give you alot more than i can see you needing though...

Agree I was running a 3.5" lift with flats and 37's and it was ideal. You wouldnt need to chop fenders with that much lift and 35's

Exactly my thoughts. Im running cut factory flats on my 3" EVO w 35s and it borderline needs more tire IMHO.

Yes I plan to do the install my self. I'd really like to do a 4in if possible

I really wanted a 4" lift when I bought my rubi. After having it on for about a year, ripping it off to go back to stock suspension, then finally now having a TF leveling kit. You will be so pissed at your self if you buy a less expensive 4" lift. They are very incomplete and cause more steering problems then it is worth.

I ran for over a year with bushwacker flatties on stock rubicon suspension, before I put my TF leveling kit on. Low COG is best for on and offroad use.
