If a JL comes out of the factory with 37's on it, it will cost a lot less plus it will have a warranty. The suspension should be a serious upgrade compared to the previous generations of wranglers.

I like the throwback nod of the headlights cutting into the grille. The "power dome" hood is a nice touch. The interior is really nice too. Almost too nice for a Wrangler if I'm being petty.
