I have the same issue and it seem to be the clock spring

Go to the Chrysler recall website enter your vin, there is a recall on clock Springs for 2007 through 2011 Wranglers I think

Mine is a 2013 but I'll just check it just in case. I have some other recall work that is waiting for me to put my doors back on.

Thanks, I'll dig out the manual and check the fuses but I'm pretty sure it's the stupid clock spring.

The only recall out on mine is for the passenger air bag even though it's a 2011. Fortunately it is covered by mopar extended warranty so I only have to pay $100 for a new clockspring a new switch and the labor.

Was told that when they ordered it it was on back order so sounds like it's a trending problem lol
