Caught the Bug
Ok, so I got this dude's Procal. I ran it and it did not give me the code for locked to specific vehicle which is 4-1 that would read "paired vehicle mismatch". It did give me code 4-2 for "error in vehicle id". It does state call AEV if problem persists. I did not buy this thing and was hoping if it does work I'll give him my 2011 soft top for trade. Thoughts?

With the superchips programmer, you can uninstall the programs from vehicle 1, and then it will pair with another vehicle, but as long as there is still an aftermarket program running on vehicle 1, it will not work on vehicle 2.
