Yes tunable but even all the way in or out doesn't make a difference. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

You can't tune it near a building or other objects. It will distort the reading. Need to find a huge open field/parking lot or something and don't park next to anything.

The red cap will also even change the reading. And the fucker is a pain in the ass to get on and off from what I can remember.

Yeah we'll see what I can do. I wouldn't think buildings or objects wouldn't make it stay in the red. No shorts maybe a loose ground.
