I do not miss running service calls at wee hours in the morning. :( getting yelled at by customers because of someone before me.

Now I get to sit in a office and now I just get yelled at by everyone. :)
However when they asked me if I would like to work in air conditioning when I was young, THIS is what I was thinking. Working IN a/c, not on it. :D

Yeah I don't like some of the hr's but I've often wondered if I could give up the freedom to work in the office all the time.Although my body is telling me that it wants to. lol
Thats the shitty part of management, now everyone's problem is your prob.

You're job is to get yelled at? You must be in managment! :thumb:

Thats where I am lucky you can sit there and treat me like the sarg did piles from Full Metal Jacket, but half an hour later I'm like "yep whatever." :yup:

I love being in management vs being in the field in the elements. You can't always control the actions of your employees but you can properly train them and apply them to the best job that fits there ability . I guess my biggest objective each closing day is to plan ahead for the worst. But then again we do hire some dumbasses hahaha

Yea. I was in the field since 1998. Worked for a a few company's, Source refrigeration, Ontario Refrigeration, and owned my own business for a few years. ( that's for the Birds :bleh:) I enjoyed the field and what it had to offer. but Now I can get off to go take my son to things, and I have the weekends now. I'm a service manager for Carrier Commercial Services in Las Vegas.

Hmm not to much of a Carrier fan just for the fact that I can only get Payne but yeah the birds part I'm with you there. Got any openings out there. Looks like allot more wheeling areas.

Well I'm carrier factory service. We don't sell carrier equipment. 95% of all our work is 1k and up chillers. Casinos. :)
