Is it 3" - 5" on the coils?

I had a question for you, what does 12" of travel mean?

From full bump to full drop is 12" of wheel travel.

So if you run a lift from 3",4", 5" of lift then no matter what height your running you'll get 12" of vertical travel?

I'm seriously thinking about getting some and I want to now get my lift as low as possible, but still clear my 37 inch tires right now I have a teraflex 4 inch lift.

I'm running 2.5 inches of lift with PSC fenders...plenty of room for my 37's.
