Evo rear fascia wing nut.

I opened the crossmember up a little more and taped up a handle before sliding it in, so I wouldn’t lose it... once I got the nut started I pulled off the tape. (The metal catch handle is facing the front of the Jeep.)



Slice a little more metal at the red arrow with a sawzall and the nut slides right in...

I taped it to a disposable chopstick. one with a square top section so it wouldn't rotate.

I tried going in from the back, it was a total pain. I decided to just put it in the same way you have pictured and just cut the end of with a dremel and squirted some paint on it when finished.
