Let me tell you what I know... I installed around 50 nutserts for my Nemesis Notorious Flares and Billy Rockers (1/4" and 5/16"). I was really glad that I had planned ahead and picked up a Marson 325-RN with Mandrel & Nosepiece in both sizes. Install of the nutserts went without a hitch; quick, easy, and satisfying. If you shop on Zoro with a coupon, the 325-RN can be had for under $100.

Interesting. I liked the Astro we used to install MTG's corners. No failures at all. Are you certain you were not drinking wine while doing the install? :cheesy::cheesy: :bleh:
