It's off of my 2011 rubicon. I replaced it when the jeep was pretty new and it has been in the garage ever since.
Yes there are conditions.
1. you must take with it a nice set of 72 international pickup leaf springs and extended shackles.
2. you must pick all this up from temecula.
no shipping, no separating, first one there gets it. I might even have all the hardware for the bumper. (Doubtful for the leafsprings lol)
