I believe other reported that the silver lining separated from the foam board allowing it to sag so the silver was stuck to the roof while the foam hung. I want to do this DIY mod, just try to see if others were concerned about the layers of the insulation board separating.

Mine still holding up after 2 yrs of use.

A revival of a thread I found useful. I was going to get the insulation board and make my liner, but finances are extremely tight. Still, with cold weather I thought I needed something to help out, so I got resourceful. Already had a spiderweb shade that I took off for the winter and figured I could use that and rig up so insulation. 1. I reinstalled the shade. 2. Placed freedom panel storage bag between shade and hardtop over the rear seats. 3. Placed a folded fleece blanket over the front seats. Cost: $0.00 in new materials and 30 minutes time. May not be perfect, but it definitely works.
