How to tell if wheel speed sensor is bad

I need to get a better code reader....thought my SuperChips TrailDash would give me the codes for ABS/wheel sensors but apparently it does not

Look into the J-Scan app, download the app and then get something like one if these. You can change and see far more than some of the pricey options.
