You'd be surprised how many miles you can put on just driving around my town... Everything is pretty spread out. Plus my daughter lives in Sacramento, so there's that. [emoji849]

I like the “blame Don” explanation. [emoji6]

I guess I need to drive my Jeep more. I just hit 70k over 8 1/2 years. [emoji55]

Caught the Bug
I've got 150K on my stock wires and am doing a bunch of work so was going to replace them. Anyone who has the livewires or RIPP plug wires have feedback on how they have stood up? I've seem some negative posts about the Livewires quality but most were pretty old threads. Was also thinking to get the Performance Distributors Screamin Deamon coil.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the JBA plug wires. Most of them have been decent, but the drivers front plug boot (can’t remember cylinder #) stays too close to the exhaust manifold and shorts after about 6k miles. I’ve gone through 2 sets already. 1st set every wire was burned, but I also had headers for a while that probably did that.

I've been running the LiveWires and Screamin Demon coil for about a year (20-30k miles) and they've been great. Use OEM Champion plugs gapped to .60 (I think) per their instructions.

I've had the Scream'n Demon coil and LiveWires since end of 2010 and still going strong.

I had to replace a couple of the LiveWires because I tried to run shorty headers ... huge mistake and waste of money on the headers...

Did you have bad stock stuff or upgraded stuff failed?
