I'm thinking of getting the RAM mount. Those that have it: Do you think it would work with this Daystar panel?

The x grip that I have has a ball on the back. You could get a ram mount arm like the small plastic one and then it would clamp down in the daystar ball and the x grip. Only thing would be if it would shake, or push it in a weird position.

I was hoping I could get the daystar panel and the RAM. Looks like you can get the RAM with a ball mount for around $20, then mount straight to the daystar. Not sure that would work though.
