I am sure he's right but after more research 41/11=3.73
I am curious if by the worst luck all 3 ring gears have been 3.73 and everyone including me assumed they are 4.10's
I think he may have cracked the issue but i wont be able to confirm for a few more hours.

They don’t make 4.11 for the JK. 4.10 they do. That’s probably your issue.

LOL... You can jack up one tire, put a mark on the tire & one on the driveline & see how many turns it takes the driveshaft to rotate the tire one full turn

I think it depends on the year. 2012+ need to be programmed.
