Interesting to see the price breakdown per gram of protein powder vs whole foods.

It is interesting to see. I am in a muscle building phase as he put it, so I average around 250-300g of protein a day. I weight 245ish right now. I eat tons of meat and chicken and tons of carbs. Just buy what I know my body needs and don’t really think to much about the cost. Might have to do the cost per gram breakdown of my powder now for shits and giggles

I've really used powder as a supplement for a couple of years but honestly in the last 6 months or so, I've easily been able to get my protein in without the powder. I really think if you are able to keep regular protein sources around in the fridge and plan ahead, the powder isn't necessary. But it was really cool to see the price breakdown.
