Haha my 3.8 wouldn't make it up a 10 degree grade at 5k rpm weighing that much 

It might make it with 6.17 gears.... But duece and a half axles do add even more weight lol

Currently I'm not working on reducing weight but my plan is to keep it light. My short arms will be replaced by RK OffRoad Pro Long Arm stretch, the arms are solid aluminum. My wheel/tire combo (awaiting great install before running) is 100# (Irok 37 bias on aluminium beadlocks). I will be making minimalist aluminum bumpers (current ones are ORFab). I'm sticking with the stock skids plates, there are holding up well. If they start to not cut it I will try to build a steel/aluminum combination set.
