Lack of console storage

I was wondering about storage options for the center console. Maybe storage isn’t the right word, but somewhere to put my wallet and phone primarily. If I have a passenger and we pick up a coffee there is no room for anything else. There must be some creative solutions out there. What have you done, or do you just get by using cup holders?

Gives you upper dash storage similar to what the 2011 and up models have.

I found a seat wedge cup holder at pepboys $9 haven't tried it yet but figured for 9 bucks it was worth the gamble
