Yup, we run them and without any problems. Just because they aren't "DOT approved" doesn't mean anything other than the fact that they haven't gone through the process of getting DOT approved.

So what is the verdict on ATX slabs on a daily driver? Do they do well at that? This is coming from a guy who offroads on weekends and commutes during the week.

Yup, they're fine for a DD. Just check your ring bolts periodically. But never have had a problem with any being lose:thumb:

I choose not to go with slabs. Went with Level 8 ZX wheels and 35 mud grapplers. Maybe in the future I will graduate to Slabs. Were to pricy for my budget.
