Is this a dust cover to keep dust off the rear seat while it is stored in a garage or attic?

I guess you could but most people use it for a seat cover for faded seats or if they get mastercraft front seats. Honestly you could use it as a pee pad for your dog for all I care. I just want it out of my garage.
