I did a road trip from Denver to Sacramento. I was getting 18-19 at 70mph.
On my daily drive to work 8 miles of city and 8 miles of highway, I have gotten more than 20. But I get to work by 630 so I normally catch most if not all greens during my city driving. Do about 60mph on the highway portion of the drive.
I just put a 3.5 lift on two weekends ago. From what I can gather so far, I have lost 1 mpg putting the lift on. I think the reason it has been only 1 mpg is because my commute doesnt get to high enough speeds for wind resistance to be that big of a deal.

Mix of city/highway (70-75) returns around 16mpg.
On one leg of a recent trip from CO to TX, where most driving was 50-60, I came in over 20 MPG. Was about a 250 mile stretch, and while we were in some hills going up and down quite a bit, probably an overall loss of elevation around 1000ft.

This seems low to me. Is this with lots of city driving?

Not really, I guess I just don't baby it to achieve mileage. When I have I've gotten close to 16.
