That has to be one of the nicest setups I’ve seen in the back of a Jeep, well done. How many Quart is the Frig drawer?

Thanks, it's a 30 liter, I think it's 29 quarts but don't quote me on that. It's plenty big for overnight/weekend trips, especially when it's just me. I can always pack a cooler too if needed. Also, I have found these Milwaukee tool bags that I keep everything organized in the drawer. I have 4 in there all the time, they work great and they're cheap.

Thank you. It’s a sweet set up.

My Anderson powerpole connectors finally showed up, got the fridge wired up. Ran a 12 gage wire with 20amp fuse back to the fridge. Here’s the 30 amp connectors crimped on, fridge is running now!

Sweet set up with the drawer fridge. Just curious how you get air flow to it so it doesn't overheat?

It's hard to tell from these pics, but the entire back of the box is open and provides quite a bit of air flow. The top edge of the box is close to the back of the seat but the bottom edge of the box is about 4 inches away because of the rear seat recline kit. This opens it up on the side quite a bit.

I ran it for the last 24 hrs to test it out, went from room temp (75) to 35 degrees in a couple hours, never hot just a little warm. I'm happy to report it's pretty efficient too, took my aux battery from 12.5 volts down to 12.1 in that 24 hr period. I'm sure that will be worse when it's really hot later in the summer though.

Great looking setup!

So when you had this configuration:

Did that top sheet of 3/4 plywood bow in the center at all without anything running up the center of it to stiffen it up?

No, the top sheet was supported on the front by a 1.5" face board hidden behind the alluminum. Also it had 3/4" sheet on the back side. I had those Pelicans loaded up on top along with my stove and cooler and it never budged. I would definitely trust that design again, would still have it that way I hadn't added the fridge drawer.

Wow that’s impressive. Great design.
