So got it done last night - you can in fact remove the spray foam to find a little plastic piece to punch out. From there, it's a whole lot of arthritis-inducing hand-twisting to get everything tightened up. Doable, but zero fun.

Maaaaaate I've just found the same problem and you reviving this thread has been a life saver. Just wondering if you got the foam back in? If not, has that been an issue? Cheers heaps in advance
