For what it's worth, I painted my rear PSC bumper with primer and then bed liner, and the road salt here in MN is rusting right through the primer and Berliner. It was Rustoleum brand.
On the bright side, I primed and then painted my front bumper with primer and then flat black paint and it's good as gold so far.
