Jack up the RF and make sure wheel hub is tight. You could have a unit bearing failing.check that lugs are tight too.

If it was the control arm the jeep would have pulled one way or the other. The whole axle would be pointed towards the right. Not just one wheel.
With just that side toe out like that I was thinking axle tube.
It could be possible that the ball joints is worn out enough to cause it.
Jack up that side and put a pry bar under the tire and give it a wiggle. It shouldn't move up and down .
But unless a ball joints was completely blow out I don't think it would cause toe out.

Control arms were a bit off loosened both lowers and realigned and tightened. Ball joints are shot. So much play. Uppers.

After messing with the control arms seems a bit better. Ball joints are shot for sure.

Interesting.. Mine did the same thing but in my case it was the allignment shop that forgot to reinstall a nut on my Poly tie rod.
