I grabbed 3 cans, cleaned it up real good and did 4 coats to get the finish they way I liked it. I've taken it to the car wash a few times since and never a problem when using the gun with pressure on it. Also if you decide you don't like it just, start peeling it off and you're good to go.

I am plasti dipping my daughters Barbie Jeep. She is happy since it doesn't look so girlie. Purple will be black.

Anyone did a complete Jeep with plasti dip?

I am wondering if it would protect the paint from thick vegetation in narrow trails.

It's nice on my grill but when it gets a scuff from bugs touch up never looks right . It was a good experiment to see if I liked it but now I'm just gonna paint it and be done .its hard to clean bugs off with out scuffing also .
