PR44 oil weep hole plug stripped? How can I get it out?

Ohh and a little advice I learned from a old watch repair guy. If the bolt is seized and you don't have any PB blaster (or similar) you can put a little wax around the outside of the bolt/thread and hit it with a torch. The wax should wick into the thread and help loosen like PB would.

I tried PB blaster and the wax, didn't work for my stuck bolt. But again, I think years of heat seized it in my woodstove.

Hooked
So the replacement plugs arrived, I got myself a cheap set of bits and hammered one in as best I could and got it out. All is good, diff oil changed and ready to go wheeling in two weeks.

Good deal. Glad it wasn’t too much of a pain
