PSC hood louver install question

I know the TJ is a different animal, but for what's it's worth I just ripped the sound/heat insulation out and chucked it in the trash...

Take the lining out as it gets wet and saggs with the mud , don't tighten bolts too much as they seem to leave a slight indentation on the hood. I was a little worried about the water entering the engine bay, but really it's very minimal
