As WJCO mentioned the dropped 9mm were simply a calling card and maybe not even what he used to shoot the CEO. If the shooter used a .22 there is not much room to write anything. Additionally I have never written on a cartridge case and then shot it, not sure it would work unless actually engraved into the case. I’ll try it with a Sharpie today.
