Rausch Creek- June 29/30

Hinrichs did the course and said he learned alot, I have not because the coarse seems expensive imo and I'm learning as I go along and I am still running stock. It's all up to you.

I did the course and I definitely thought it was worth it especially cause I was new to offroading aswell. I Learned alot. At the same token if you came along with us im sure nobody would object when i say we would be happy to help you out and give you whatever knowledge we have

Awesome, I would hate to slow the group down on the trail or be a inconvenience. I think I will do the 101 class and get as much out of it as I can before bugging everyone else for info lol. but I was going to camp that weekend with the wife anyway. Would love to meet up with everyone if that was cool.

Like most jeepers we love talking about jeeping so it wouldn't bug us at all. We would love to have you camp with us too.

I think if you contact the office you can sign up. Also if you check out Rauschs forum they post stuff as well

I went one time before the class with a few guys i met over on jkforum and learned a decent ammount from just them, then the next time I think was for the 101 class which made me feel a lot more comfortable with my jeep and my ablilites. Deffintily learned a lot from the class which is expensive, but worth it. If you read threads about it even guys that have been wheeling for years will say its a good idea. I deffinitly want to take the 201 class for sure.

I definitely want to take the 201 class as well. I ran into a couple I did the guided ovarian cancer run with right after they took it. They did the 201 class in a stock Sahara and said you wouldn't believe the things they were able to do with no damage.

I would be interested in a 201 class as well. Been wheelin' for years, but I wouldn't mind some proffesional instruction. Especially with this longer wheel base I'm bouncing off trees with now! :D

Well if you guys decide to do the 201 course let ninja and I know when. We would be happy to tag along : )

yea that would be cool to get a few of us that we all know willing to take the class and learn new stuff at the same time!

edit- i say end of summer sometime so september or october we do it. just my .02

I'll ping RC to see what their 201 course availability is so we can get a trip on the calendar.

Going to sign up for the 101 class tonight. How does the camping situation work? Does everyone share one site or is it everyone gets their own and meets up as they please?

based on how many people we have going I will call and reserve sites for the group about a week out. last time we only needed 2 sites.. we will probably end up needing 3 this time.

So I just want to make sure the first post is correct. There's been a lot of side talk so I hope I didn't miss anything.. Let me know what I need to update.
