Do they just send these out or do you have to inquire?

I've gotten two also and bought my jeep used so I assumed they do it through the bmv somehow? But I would think if you inquired they would do the recalls. One was clockspring and an airbag I believe

Airbag is a recall. Clockspring is a warranty extension.

If your clockspring goes bad it'll be changed. They won't just change it because you want it changed though.

I had mine changed free of charge and i didn't have a problem. I had what I thought was a recall.

Had the clock spring replaced last Thursday and was told no airbag was available. Then this Thursday received letter from from FCA that I should call dealer and schedule appointment for the airbag to be replaced as they have the parts.
