Rpm's at 80 mph?

I only drive my jeep on the weekends so mpg isn't too important but I don't want the motor to scream on the fwy either. So would you guys go 4.88 or 4.56 if you were in my shoes?

To me the big decisions are:

1- Are you ever going to a 35 or 37?
2- If yes to 1, Are you willing to slow down until that change?

If the answer to either is No, I would go 4.56
