I found it at Lowe's and saw some at Autozone the other day as well. Just a lanolin based spray.

The first time I saw the thread title, it had your post about topping off fluids which left me a bit confused, but today I saw a fluid film ref along with the LED lights. My thought was maybe this had wandered slightly away from "shock install".
All good info in here, just a bit derailed.
