Should I upgrade ??

The Jeep dealer in San Luis Obispo where I go for service has 2014s at 0% for 60 months right now I believe, that's how I bought my 2011 - I waited until the end of the Model year when the 2012s came out and got mine at a great price with their money to finance it.
Just a suggestion, there's bound to be a dealer with 0% financing down where you live with a year end sale.

As mentioned in previous posts wait until you have this one is paid off and then look at getting a new Jeep. You have 10K left. chances are when you trade it in you would not clear the balance so that would be tacked onto the new JK. Now you are paying more and for longer. May I suggest paying off your JK and continue setting the payments aside for 6-12 months then get a new Jeep. Use the money set aside for mods or down payment.
