A friend of mine got a brand new 4Runner and we put bilstien coil overs, coil spacers, air bags in the rear coils for towing his boat, and new front upper a arms, and a 1" body lift on it just to fit 285's in the wheel wells. I have to admit it was easy to work on

I loved working on the MATV's my first deployment. So easy. Really just a humvee on steroids with air lines. They are loud as hell, but extremely comfortable inside.

Body shop next door to me just finished this build. It was an old ambulance that he converted back to a van, lifted slightly, and put some bigger wheels and tires on. I believe they are 275/55r20's. It's a '95 E-350 7.3L powerstroke diesel

Of course my son wanted to climb in it.

The thing was plated so I'm assuming it's street legal.
