Now that I look through my pics I didn't realize I had no pics after I painted it. I'll get to that after I run trough the rest of the list. But know that the bumpers, hood, sliders, and fenders will all be painted to match. I'm tired of the black on color look. So I did this build differently.

Now the rear bumper!!

Again this is a frame chop rear Dagger bumper from JCR. Not for the faint of heart on an expensive Jeep, but not bad to install at all.

You all know what the factory booty looks like so let's just get in deep here. Pun intended.

Post cut.

After the install!

Light and shackles finished it off nicely.

Had to relocate the spare up and out 1" to fit but I gained a TON of clearance...

And now for the hood!

It arrived at work, had to get it home one way or another. So it went in our rig. Yes a JKU hood fits in an ambulance. Haha.

Pre paint...

After paint, install, and decals.

Love the way the look is coming out...

That was a pic on our recent overland trip. More to come on that... [emoji41]

So to prep for the overland trip we needed a prep surface and cook space and a reliable way of keeping our food and drinks cold as we were traveling with our son who is 18 months. So I decided to build the prep surface/cook space and went with the tried and true ARB fridge/freezer. Mounted my custom CO2 tank with a roll bar mount as well just so we had air and what not.

Wife loved it and it worked out great. We really put it to the test. Total tally, over 1200 miles, 4 states, 3 national parks, 5 national forests, 20+ miles of trail hiking, and countless memories. Overall a great vacation.

Now for the front fenders...
Again with the JCR stubby/narrow theme.
We went with the JCR Mauler Narrow fenders. It's the narrowest they make.

But first had to peel off the factory wings!

These are full steel and come with 3/16" subframe reinforcement brackets so they are basically 1 with the jeep now. You can still utilize the splash guard portion of you inner fenders with some trimming so the factory cleanliness and look can be kept.
They fit the first time just like all their other products have. Paint match to come as well.

Looking good man! Sounds like a fun trip. Which national parks did you do? Favorites?

We have done Yosemite, Sequoia, Zion, Bryce Canyon and South Rim Grand Canyon.
Yosemite is world class! Bryce Canyon had best weather. Grand Canyon is a wonder of the world and a must see. Sequoia has the largest tree on the planet there. Best hike was the Narrows at Zion. Nothing like it bro... Get the $80 annual pass. It gives you access to every Nat park for just one annual fee of $80 bones. Well worth it or its $20-30 a pop.

Oh yeah, we got the annual pass already. Yosemite and Zion are on the short list.
