The Fork In The Road

I don't have space to do the work in my driveway, and I haven't found a Jeep club down here in the Tidewater area of VA to do a wrenching party, but I got a quote yesterday for the work I need done. $4800 for tires, wheels, lift, shocks, stabilizer, and upper and lower ball joints.

Does anyone know of any Jeep clubs in the Southeastern part of VA? I'm fine paying a reputable shop for good work but if I can avoid that and save some cash I'd love to do so.
