Tire stretching

I recently got a set of a new wheels That are 10x16 I have tire that are meant for a 15” wheel would I be able to stretch my current tires onto the new wheels?

They are 10x15 or 15x10? Either way, no you cannot.

I think you mean you have some sort of wheel that is 10" wide, and 16" in diameter, right? It's written with usually diameter first.

And no, can't stretch.
