TPMS and Valves

Might be a silly question but....
Is it possible to change the valve stems and yet retain the TPMS function ?
Reason I ask is my valve threads (dust cap end) have got rather worn out and wouldn't mind replacing if possible.
If possible does anyone know of any write ups ?

Yes. I do not know the cost or part# but any tire shop like Discount Tire should have the stems available for your sensors mount to.
Edit: I now see your location is one I am not familiar with. If not readily available in your area should be able to order.
