Some have might have mentioned and I'm lazy to go back and read. It helps when It is a sunny hot day out, OR turn on your jeep with the heat on. I just had a buddy put his on in the garage and had one of those gas heaters going to warm it up. Easy Peazy!

Not wrapped completely into the door channels are your problem.

Sorry, I replied without reading ahead. I always do the zippers 2", then door channels, then the body channels from the rear forward.
