sound like you were setup, someone had to have told them to search. Go to a different dealer. Ours have never denied us on anything & they have pics of ours on the wall.

Trail Rated

Tell them it comes from the factory 'Trail Rated' not road rated and the car you drove over was simply in your way on the damn trail (car wash, whatever) and let them argue with that.

Dealers don’t make warranty decisions. They have to send all of them to corporate. In some cases the dealer may try to deny it cuz they don’t feel like dealing with it which is pathetic but happens. Call the Jeep toll free hotline and explain the issue, they will be able to see if an actual warranty claim was made to corporate and how to proceed.
