Made a roasted turkey breast tonight. Came out pretty good, crispy skin and nice and tender inside.

Every few months or so I’ll get a craving for menudo. It’s definitely not a weekly dish in our house either.

I never could quite get the “stomach” for menudo. But a good find on pasole is a treat. My mom makes one of the best I’ve had.

Man I haven’t had beef stroganoff in years. Used to live off that in college. That’s looks tasty and brings back all sorts of memories.

Didn't take any pics but had carne asada tacos rice and beans with homemade salsa and guacamole. Great way to spend a Cinco de Mayo..haha
