I don't get to cook much and don't think I've contributed in here before but this was our meal tonight. Grilled lamb burgers, garlic mayo (aioli if you prefer), and a tomato jam. Turned out pretty tasty for a first attempt at them.

Yep, ginger root and also orange peel. Steep both into a tea. Fixes a ton of shit. We do it every time with great results.

As far as the COVID, only thing I know of that fixes it is directional stickers on the floor so people know where to walk and avoid it.
